Welcome to JJ Wellness Coaching and joining the Wellness Tribe ! By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services
JJ Wellness Coaching provides personalized health coaching services, which may include one- on-one sessions, group sessions, nutritional guidance, wellness planning, and other related services. Our coaches are trained professionals; however, they are not medical doctors, registered dietitians, or licensed therapists. Our services are for educational and motivational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns or before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or lifestyle.
Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans. Each plan includes a specific number of coaching sessions or a set of services per billing cycle. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis as per your chosen plan.

Recurring Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) unless you cancel.

Plan Inclusions: The specific services included in your plan are detailed at the time of purchase. Any unused sessions or services from one billing cycle will roll over to the next unless explicitly stated in your plan details.
Payment and Fees

Payment Method: All payments must be made using a valid credit card or other accepted payment method.

Authorization: You authorize us to charge all applicable fees and taxes to your provided payment method. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.

Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any fee changes. Your continued use of the services after the fee change constitutes your agreement to the new fee.
Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees or completed coaching sessions. In extenuating circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit.

No-Show/Late Cancellation: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no- shows may result in a forfeiture of that session. This session will still be counted as a used session from your plan.
Client Responsibilities

Honesty and Disclosure: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, and goals.

Active Participation: Your success depends on your active participation and commitment. You are responsible for implementing the strategies and plans discussed with your coach.

Respectful Conduct: You agree to act respectfully and professionally during all interactions with your coach and any other clients. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription without a refund for a breach of this conduct policy.
Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and health information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability

JJ Wellness Coaching and its coaches are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your use of our services. You agree that your use of our services is at your own risk. Our total liability to you for any and all claims related to these services is limited to the amount you paid for the services during the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
By clicking "I agree" or by using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not issue refunds for any subscription fees or for coaching sessions that have already been completed.
• In rare and extenuating circumstances, we may, at our discretion, consider offering a partial refund or credit. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected events can happen. To ensure fairness and maintain the efficiency of our scheduling, please review our policy regarding cancellations and no-shows.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrival and No-Shows
Your session time is reserved specifically for you.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and you will forfeit that session. The full session fee will be charged.

No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notification) will also result in a loss of the session, and the full session fee will be charged.
